Kahiya lang uli ng slight. (This is kinda embarrassing!!) But well, go!
Nyx makes a lot of great products at very friendly prices, but my favorites still lie in their lip products. For one, their Round Lipsticks range has a jaw-dropping 144 shades. Whoa 😮 and at only above P100 a pop? IT’S A DEAL.
Sure, they’re a tad on the soft side, and some in my collection have already gone off their bases after being exposed to the Philippine heat, but at this price, who’s complaining? 😉 Anyway.
One of the very first shades I bought was this one, named Tea. As you could guess from the name, it’s a neutral.
See that round colour thing at the bottom? Nice touch by Nyx to make colour identification easy. 🙂
Now don’t expect me to get all technical and accurate with the colour description – for me, it looks like a nude with more brown in it; there’s a little trace of pink in it, I guess?
When applied straight from the tube, the soft consistency takes over and it goes on quite thickly brown. As with colours which I think look a bit too much on me when applied straight from the tube, I just use a lip brush, and it goes on as a more muted nude. No need to ditch this one, after all. 🙂
